Film Commission
The film commission facilitates every aspect of filming in Ridgefield—from working with location scouts, to filling out permits, dealing with catering, extras, governmental issues, etc. The Ridgefield Film Commission deals directly with the Connecticut Film Commission and the government. We keep track of the number of films, commercials, still shoots, videos, documentaries and television shows that shoot in our town and report it annually to the state.
