A Moon for the Misbegotten

Written by Eugene O'Neill

March 12th - April 3rd, 2010
Friday and Saturday evenings at 8 pm
Sunday matinees on March 21st & 28th

This autobiographical drama by America's only Nobel Prize-winning playwright was written in the later years of O'Neill's career.  In it, James Tyrone rents a small farm to Phil Hogan and his daughter Josie.  When Phil uses Josie in a plot to convince James to sell him the farm, the outwardly-gruff Josie discovers that despite the chasm that separates them, she shares much common ground with James.  Critically recognized as one of O'Neill's finest works.
